I found dealing with Maine Properties to be a very vexing experience. I wanted to see a property they were offereing, set up an appointment 4 different times only to be cancelled on. I did finally get to see the place, lived there for a year (in which they said they would fix things that they never did) and finally moved out. It has been 3 months and I am *still* waiting for my security deposit back. Normally, I will only review things if they are very good. However, I have started to ask various condo's I am looking to buy who manages them. If it is Maine properties, I stay well away. I found most of the people I dealt with rude and lacking any skill in dealing with the public. I would never willing choose to deal with them again. ...read more
