s back in August we had to run to ATT to save ourselves and my business line from US cellular. The "wonderful" sales agent Steve was more than happy to hurry up the process and get us our new phones. $150 for my Q10 and $100 for Martins fablet. Today I called to inquire as to why my phone bill was $300. We paid $150 down and was told we would for whatever reason have a fabulous, interest free plan on our bill to pay the $200 balance over a period of time. Tonight I learned that Steve actually conned us into $1000 in telephone charges. He took advantage of our situation of being in a dyer hurry due to my schedule and the fact I was desperate to get a working phone as this is a business line. First of all, the store had very long lines the workers look like they have no m ovation the manager walks around the store joking instead of helping the cashiers \t\nI would think if this guy haskell help people the line would go down also not being able to buy the phone I want I don't need or want a iPhone so AT&T get rid of this guy and lets replace him with Maurice I have always got 100% customer service from Maurice the store manager should take lessons from him \t\n ...read more
