If I had the option of no star I would have clicked it..I find it very ridiculous to charge the prices they do and in return receive a service that I could have got at a smartstyles..or a salon similar to that.. I had gone in to have my hair lightened all over to a platinum blond.. I knew instantly they didnt have any knowledge of what they were doing when the stylist began to apply the bleach on my head..she seemed questionable as to what she was doing..She put me under the dryer after apply the bleach to my whole head and there i sat.. or what seemed like forever..I actually had to tell her that my head was burning for her to com over to check my hair.. honestly iwas so horrified when i left!.. my hair looked like candy corn..white roots then gold and yellow ends..she proceeded to say itd was out..I wanteed to cry!..They DO NOT know what they are doing there and need to go back to school!!!!!..
