This place was great! Buffet for 50, outdoor wedding ceremony, set up, break down, and carving station as well as linens (you get to choose the color), including tip and tax was only $1,300! You won't find a more affordable venue than that. Service and staff were great. Very flexible and accommodating. I will mention that this is a dry facility so if your wedding MUST have alcohol look elsewhere.
