Morrison Real Estate is run by Steve Morrison who at first meeting seemed nice enough, but quickly revealed his true personality. He is a careless, inept, miserly and rude man. I have inspected two of Mr. Steve Morrison's properties, both within a 15 mile radius of his Danforth St. Business in Portland, Maine. The first property and residence was extremely neglected, ripe with a nasty odor, full of rot and mildew, overpriced, and completely disgusting. It's value was extremely depreciated due to Mr. Morrison's own neglect which bordered on abandonment and there is a fair chance that anyone choosing to just move in without notifying him might have a fair chance at legally owning the property because of squatters rights / adverse possession laws! The second property was also quite neglected but not nearly as bad as the first, probably because he lives only a few blocks from it.
