I would like to let all the young adults attending UMO that renting from Orchard Trails will cost you more to move out than you think. Living in Orchard Trails means paying $525 a month for a (smallish) 4-bedroom apartment. Admittedly, this is with utilities included, but unless you are living with people you knew beforehand it's a very bad idea. At first it looked nice, but after a week it was obvious that the apartments are very shoddily made. The walls are thin and the sheetrock is already cracking, and the hardware and appliances are all significantly subpar. It's crazy on weekends. Expect large numbers of frat kids running around, vandalizing anything they can get their hands on. As well, you can look forward to finding puke in the hallways and large pickup trucks parked on the grass in front of your bedroom window. If you like living in a place whose website specifically welcomes advertisers "prime product placement within a student’s residence before they even move in", then I'd say go for it.
