He is spending all his time on a murder trial right now that he stands no chance of getting anything but a plea at best. He is going against undeniable evidence as well as 2 witnesses, pf which one is the victim that survived. He is putting some other clients on the back burner that desperately need his help for simple resolutions and are truely innocent. Instead he is putting the needs of a murder who took a mother from her small child. One client should be no more important than the next, especially if one is a simple open and shut case that there is NO evidnce to hold up. Why not get it over with so everyone can move on? He doesnt return calls when he should, which has resulted in my friend being violated for something completely bogus and has to sit in jail for 5 days at this point. To my knowledge hes made no contact to try and help and on top of that he ended up continuing her situation an extra month and if he had taken care of things then, it would be over and done with.
