The town of Newcastle, named for the Duke of Newcastle, is located on the Damariscotta River in Lincoln County, Maine. Major attractions include Dodge Point, where you can hike on trails and within minutes away, the Pemaquid Point Campground, featuring RV and tent sites, a playground and a a recreation hall.
