Had scheduled the replacement of the AC compressor in my Subaru a week earlier. Frank called with a price. He called me back later with a problem with obtaining a compressor at the original quoted cost. We agreed on what to do and what the cost increase would be. Once the job was done, the labor time came in less than the quoted "book" time so Frank adjusted the final bill to be much closer to what we orginally talked with the initial estimate.
