We stayed here a week ago. These are very nice, clean, private cottages, and the office staff were very friendly. The cottages are in very close proximity to the shops in Kittery. Included was a queen size bed, a tv, phone, full sized fridge, kitchen sink with mirror above it (there wasn't a sink in the bathroom, but that was fine), microwave, kitchen table and chairs, and a bathroom with toilet and stand up shower. I really enjoyed the cottage, but my husband had 2 small complaints: the bed was quite hard, and the stand up shower was a bit small for him to move around in, but neither of these were things that bothered me. I really loved the little porch with 2 chairs out front.
