Went to Jam Audio, was charged twice the going rate to install a multimedia stereo system, then picked it up to find out half the unit wasnt working correctly, no gps,dvd/cd not working and the buttons were not illuminating, brought it back to them and they blamed it on the stereo. so I contacted the manufacturer and brought my vehicle to another installer, who found that jam audio had screwed up the wiring and left the packing screws in the top of the unit which caused the cd/dvd player not to work and also did not plug in the gps antennae or connect the power line to light up the buttons and did not hook up the steering wheel control wires. to top it off the owner flat out lied and said that he had tested the cd/dvd player and it worked fine and that the steering wheel control could not be connected. two of my friends told me to stay away from this place....now i know why...go to a professional installer and save yourself alot of grief... they did manage to plug in the back up camera so I gave them one star . ...read more
