A few weeks ago I asked for a 12min tan. After listening to 4 songs, I realized I had been in there too long. I shut off the bed and saw that I had 8 mins remaining. I knew I had been in there for at least 14 mins (because of the song lengths) and complained. The woman at the desk DID NOT APOLOGIZE but made excuses and said "well at least you'll have a good tan!". I went in for a tan today, gave my name then waited while the man behind the counter received a text AND replied, while I stood there waiting. Am I wrong in thinking this is rude? I brought it up to him after the tan and told him I thought it was inappropriate, he said, "Well, it will give me something to think about next time". and did NOT APOLOGIZE!
