I was looking for a shop to buy flowers from for a school carnation sale fundraiser. I called Flo's, explained what I was looking for and they said they would get back to me with a price. After 1 1/2 weeks I hadn't heard from them so I went in to talk to them in person. I gave the woman my information again and she said they would call me in the next few days with a quote. Again, no response after a week. I called and and no one answered so I left a message. I never received a call from them and it was 2 weeks before Valentine's Day.
