2nd II None Management was attentive and reachable until i signed the contract. Afterwards, I had to dial the number for new clients to get anyone to answer. They are suppose to be managing my property and I have not been paid in over 6 months. Wouldnot recommend them to manage your property. ...read more

Foreclosed Houses Badly Affecting HOAs
A foreclosure badly affects the Home Owners’ Association of an area. Large number of HOAs have been facing monetary crises as a result of foreclosure. Homeowners who are facing a cash crunch sometimes are forced to discontinue paying the HOA fees that is required for maintenance of the overall property such as mowing lawns, pest control, trash services, and maintenance.
