This place is not clean. The bathroom was horrible (very, very bad) for months. They called themselves fixing the bathroom but it still is not in the condition it needs to be in to be considered acceptable. In May 2010, the technician spilled the entire bucket of hot water all over my leg and foot as he carried it to the spa chair. They only had cold water that day. The canister that they used to heat the water was of metal and it plugged into the wall. I was in pain. I was told that the water was not that hot because the canister was not plugged in for a long time. The old technician does not know how to put gel on top on the polish so he will try to convince you not to just use acrylic. This is odd because they are losing money. Gel costs more than acrylic. I also asked the old man there to fix one nail because it was not straight. He tried to fix it a few times and it still was not straight.
