Monro did the work they were supposed to do, but they tripped a sensor causing the engine light to go on and would not own up to it. They said the light was on when the moved the car into the shop for service which, was not true. They then wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee to hook up a reader to see why the light was on.(I later disconnected the battery to re-set the car computer, the light went off and stayed off) I would be hesitant to recommend this shop because of the "trust" factor. ...read more
