I went to this agency on a Saturday to get fingerprinted for a federal job. They accidentally kept my driver's license after photocopying it, and when I realized this about an hour later, I called the office. I got an answering service and left a message that I urgently needed to retrieve the license because I was flying out of town Monday morning and needed my ID for boarding. After multiple phone calls to the answering service, I was told no one was willing to come back to the office to correct the problem that they had created.I also called the owner of the company and left 3 messages, none of which were returned (l looked him up online).Because I could not get my license before my flight, I had to make an unplanned trip to the bank to retrieve my passport out of safe deposit very early on Monday morning so that I would have some form of identification.
