I wish I could leave a better review, but we had a bad experience with this vendor. He was reliable when we had hired him, but my husband found a guy who was just as good at a lower rate. Unfortunately, my automatic debit was still set up after we discontinued using his services, and he CASHED FOUR CHECKS even though we did not renew our contract or receive any services. I have a child with special needs and he keeps me pretty busy, so four checks were sent before I had a chance to cancel them. I have called him, texted him, my husband had a verbal altercation with him (in which he threatened to put my husband "six feet under" if we left bad reviews or messed with his livelihood). I both mailed the copies of the cashed checks, and presented them in person when I saw him in the neighborhood -- to which he replied that he would have to check his records. I sent him two more texts after that and have heard nothing back. I don't have the time or the energy to take him to court, but I don't think he has a lot of integrity, and I wouldn't want him cutting grass around anyone's house. I'm not the type to leave bad reviews, but it burns me every time I see him carrying out business, and every time he sees me driving by without offering to repay me. ...read more
