October 2014, I had an oral procedure at the Silver Spring office and I was pleasingly surprised by the staff and the physician. The service was excellent; their professionalism is to be commended. Each and every member of the company is truly appreciated for their kindness and humility towards me. I am most grateful for Dr. Dawood, he looked beyond and seen my needs through all my discomfort and dislike. That is not an easy task however, he and his assistant pulled it off and for that I thank you a million times over Dr. Dawood. I will share this organization with co-workers family and friends. I was a patient of Faith Cousins for 3 years, I stopped going to her office because: Three crowns had to be replaced within 2 years of receiving them My current dentist thinks the crowns were made in an office- not a lab. I realized I had over paid for several dates of service, the manager Laci become loud, rude and denied knowing anything about the insurance contracted rates. Dr. Cousins participates with my dental insurance, and thus has a contract. Dr Cousins never followed up with my concerns, and Laci told me I could get a credit versus a refund. Post Thrombotic Syndrome: there is a significant risk of developing this disorder for DVT patients who have lifestyle risk factors such as obesity and who did not receive effective care for DVT initially. This chronic health concern can lead to a decreased quality of life for patients, including lost productivity and increased healthcare costs.
