Easy of pain.
October 2014, I had an oral procedure at the Silver Spring office and I was pleasingly surprised by the staff and the physician. The service was excellent; their professionalism is to be commended. Each and every member of the company is truly appreciated for their kindness and humility towards me. I am most grateful for Dr. Dawood, he looked beyond and seen my needs through all my discomfort and dislike. That is not an easy task however, he and his assistant pulled it off and for that I thank you a million times over Dr. Dawood. I will share this organization with co-workers family and friends. MOSA Maryland Oral Surgical Associtates Silver Spring
In 2013 I had two procedures done in the MOSA Silver Spring Office. Dr. Batrouni was good and the results have been good. But the billing is horrible!! No communication, even when called repeatedly. They charged me as if self pay, they are a PPO provider with my insurance and over charged me more than $600-. After asking the insurance co. to send them a certified letter regarding the contracted rate, I was partially reimbursed-after tlaking to the Dr. about this and showing him the letter from my insurance co. NOT worth the aggrevation!! More importantly they know they are illeaglly over charging paitents!!
