I called customer service regarding a question on an old money order #152835526. I was informed that the value has decreased from $25.00 to $10.00 and to complete and return the request form asap. Upon reading the form it ask for a $15.00 processing fee. I called customer service to inquire as to whether this was the $15.00 already deducted or is it an additional charge that I must submit. Also it ask for the receipt. The money is is dated May 18, 2001 I no longer have the receipt. How do I proceed. When calling the Silver Spring, MD location at 3:25 p.m. I 1st talked to an operator who transferred me only to be told the 24 hour support is closed at 4:00 p.m. It now 3:42 Eastern time in Baltimore MD.
