This store has some of the most incompetent employees I have ever seen in an At&t store. I came into the store with prior knowledge of how their contracts work and how At&t constantly allows early upgrades if the employee sends an e-mail to the corporate headquarters. I told every employee in the store about this and how I had had this done for me multiple times before and they told me I was blatantly wrong. So I left there and went to another At&t store in Newark, Delaware (Out of lower SLOWER DE) and they immediately contacted At&t headquarters and I walked out with a new phone a month before my contract ended. They said allowing this is commonplace and they are trained to do so. Overall the people that work there are idiots for lack of better words. This is the only corporate store in Salisbury right now. They are located up north in the Commons shopping center. It's the same shopping center as Best Buy, Target, Michaels, Home Depot, EB Games, Quiznos, etc. ...read more
