I HAVE PURCHASED A NIKON CAMERA FROM BEST BUY AND PURCHASED A 4-YEAR WARRANTY! WELL, MY CAMERA BROKE BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS AO I TOOK IT TO BEST BUY TO EITHER GET IT REPLACED OR REPAIRED PER WARRANTY! WHEN I BROUGHT THE CAMERA TO GEEK SQUAD I WAS TOLD HE HAD TO SEND IT OUT AND IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 7-10DAYS! AT THAT TIME I SHOULD HAD RECIEVED MY CAMERA BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS ROUGHLY 12-22-08! NEEDLESS TO SAY IT IS A MONTH LATER AND I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY CAMERA I CONTINUE TO GET THE RUN AROUND THAT I WILL BE HERE IN 2DAYS I'VE BEEN TOLD THAT 4 TIMES SHOULD I SAY! SO PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL OF WHAT YOU PURCHASE FROM BEST BUY! I HAVE SPOKEN TO MANAGERS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE RECIEVED HAS BEEN VERY POOR ITS ALMOST AS IF THEY DON'T EVEN CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
