After reading rave reviews about Expert Locksmith Shop, I decided that I’d give them a try. So, how did it turn out? AMAZING! They live up to every bit of praise that’s been showered on them! In fact, I’d go as far as to say that ‘amazing’ is actually an understatement. Edward showed up on my door right on time, and he involved me in the process to make sure I knew exactly what he was doing. Now that I’ve experienced their services first-hand, I can only add on to the pile of positive reviews for Expert Locksmith Shop! They’re super efficient at their job! Even when I kept shifting my schedules around, they kept following up with me and didn’t even impose a fee for the two times they got to my place on time, but I wasn’t there! I still had these conventional locks in my home, when all my neighbors had upgraded to newer versions. So, I figured it was time for a replacement and called Expert Locksmith Shop based on the recommendations of Jeff from next door! Reviews aren’t my specialty, but here’s a bad attempt at reviewing a great company: Reliability: 10/10 – technician got there right on time Work: 10/10 – Installation barely took him minutes Quality: 10/10 – Lock installed was sourced from a top manufacturer Price: 10/10 – Best price on the lock, low call-out fee and no added charges To be honest, I couldn’t find a flaw and hence the ten on ten rating.
