We have very noisy, loud and drunken neighbors and from what ive heard so does everyone else. We also recently were given bed bugs from surrounding apartments and the rental office said our apartment was fine when they did inspections but after that we started noticing the bed bugs and getting bitten. They supposedly did a treatment for it and were still getting bitten. The rent is way to high as well. When we first moved in everything was so nice, besides the half painted kitchen. Now everything is falling apart. The carpet is so cheap and our closets dont open and close properly. we have also been living with a constantly leaking AC unit. Every time they say they fix it, it magically stops working in like 2 days!! THE MATINENCE SUCKS. We have had to sleep in 90 degree weather because they never fixed the ac!! There pool sucks and they supposedly have a CAR WASHING pad which they consider it to be when its a strip of concrete and you have to search for a place to put your hose! ...read more

I lived here for 6 months and absolutely loved it. Bozzuto always responded promptly the only problem I ever had (broken dryer). I never had to really interact with management much but when I went down to the clubhouse, the girls were very friendly. Beautiful, clean apartments, great location and quiet. I have been living in Cambridge, MD for about four months now. We decided to get an apartment with a fire place. Well the time it actually worked the fire alarm went off, so we can't use it. We also can't cook, everytime we cook, the fire alarm goes off. We are definitly not happy, but we are in a long lease. It is getting really hot now that its summer. We put on our air all day with no break and it still is only 84 degrees. We have called managment and they said its normal. Well our neighbors are in a cool 68 degrees, somthing is wrong here. WE ARE NOT BEING HEARD! No one is doing anything about our complaint, we feel as if we are being ignored. It would actually take a brain to figure out whats wrong. ...read more
