I have used Restore Computer on three occasions. The first was to fix a hinge on my Dell laptop. Sam Palm, the owner, came to my office at Green Spring station and took care of it within 24 hours. Next he helped install a wireless home computer network for three machines. He has also replaced a hard drive and retrieved all my files when my Dell laptop crashed. I recommend him highly.
