I went to this dealership due to a great price listed on line. The price was so good, I was expecting that vehicle to be "sold already" or some other typical car dealership excuse to not honor the low price. To my surprise, not only was the price honored, but I had my choice of colors to choose from. My salesman, Mickey, was very courteous and even more knowledgable about my new car. I recently contacted Shaffer Ford to order front body mounts for my '99 Lincoln Town Car. Per their policy, I paid up-front for the parts. Upon recieving the parts, I realized they were not front body mounts, like I had ordered, but instead were the mid body mounts. When I returned to the dealership to return the parts and order the correct ones, I was informed tht they would not refund my money.
