Chesterbrook apartments is over 30 years old and no renovations have ever been done. The kitchen and bath cabinets are old greasy and in horrible condition. No dead bolt on doors, poor outside lighting. Rents are negotiable depending on who you know. Electric bills average $250 to $300 per month all year. They dont tell you any of this.
