Terrible experience! Our business gave Stitches Awning Co a 50% deposit and our existing frames for new awnings in February. It is now August, we have called at least a dozen times, been told numerous lies, and have yet to get our awnings, frames, or money back! Absolutely unexceptable! If expert craftmanship and excellent service is what you expect, look no further. If Stitches Awning Company can't get what you need pre-manufactured, they'll custom fabricate it. We have used custom made products from Stitches Awning Co. on several occasions. A custom awning for the front main entrance to our business ( that we get many compliments on) and also custom made dog shades to keep the dogs that board at our kennel out of the sun when outside during the summer. The workmanship, quality and design in these products are the best I've ever seen. Our next purchase will be a 12 ft by 12 ft custom made insulated roof panel to cool down a pool deck area. Reasonable prices, great service and a huge selection of custom awnings and materials for any possible application.
