I'm a HOMEOWNER THAT ACTUALLY LIVES IN WOOD VALLEY COMMUNITY and lately when I come home from work I cannot find a parking space in any residential parking spaces forcing me to park in the visitors spot. Half of the vehicles that occupy these residential spots do not have any parking permits. The rules with HPM were each residence is allowed up to three vehicles total. I would very much like for someone to enforce the rules and have these vehicles that do not have permits removed from my neighborhood. It's quite obvious that most property owners rent and that wouldn't be a concern to me if the landlords were held accountable for the actions of their tenants however that is not the case in Wood Valley and this has got to stop.
