I had my car towed by the police for only a suspended license, when i arrived to pick up vehicle, the owner himself came out and treated me like I was a piece of trash. He did not know my situation and was rude through out the whole ordeal. ZERO stars for this dump. Towed my card during a snow emergency when I was stranded for 5 hours. $470 dollars for a 10 mile tow. This place is working with the state to tax stranded victims stuck on the interstate which was NOT plowed nor did I see one plow during my 5 hour nightmare. Incompetence ruled the day and the state eploys this trashy company to take over a weeks pay from me. wow I couldn't believe it when my daughter told me she was charged 465.00 for having her car towed because she got stuck in the snow last night 1-26-11, we tried to retrieve it this morning,but it was already gone. the police couldn't tell us were it was at, but to call back in a couple of hours, Did you really use that much money to get her car? or is somebody getting rich, while my hard working daughter strugles to get by day to day.I will tell every one I know what you charge,I'm sure their is a cheeper place to do business with, who's not trying to get rich off of a hard working citizen!
