When I moved in there were many damages already present. The maintenece and landord refused to fix the damages and later held it against me. Very unprofessional and completely goes against the lease agreement. The lanlord illegally forces her way through my apartment and goes through my personal possessions. I have been harassed and yelled at, very unprofessional and certainly not friendly. This is one of the worst places to rent, not only does the apartment row have a serious pipe/leakage issue but the Lanlords and maintenance men refuse to do their jobs correctly and professionally.
