MY NAME IS MRS. MELINDA D. GILKEY I HAVE BEEN A LONG TIME RENTAL CUSTOMER FOR YEARS IN JACKSONVILLE, FLA AND IN TEMPLE, TX. NOW HERE IN SAINT MARY’S GA. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICES. I SEEM TO BE GETTING THE RUN AROUND ABOUT MY WASHER SINCE I HAVE PAYED IT OFF. IT HAS BEEN IN ONE OF YOUR STORES, WHERE THEY SAID IT WAS REPAIRED AND THEN BROUGHT BACK TO MY HOME, WERE IT STILL WAS NOT FIXED. THEY SENT REPAIRMAIN 3 OR 4 TIMES TO MY HOME AND STILL THE WASHER DOES NOT WORK.
