I'd prefer to give a zero but that's not an option. His tactics don't warrant using him. Despite his claim to provide "special" service & being a "born again Christian" he is not truthful--run! He doesn't respond to his phone calls or email. Our real estate agent tried to reach him several times & methods to negotiate specific terms on one of his listings. We had a short window of opportunity to make a decision that was made clear in the messages we witnessed. He did not respond to any of the messages. When our deadline was well-past, our realtor finally reached him. He lied saying he couldn’t get her number off his voice mail despite having first said, "yeah you emailed something about…” Odd? I understand that he could have gotten her contact number from the feedback form she emailed and from the company that sets the appointments. So, that’s what “special” means to Ed Harraway!
