Horrible misrepresentation of services, horrible customer service. Check any customer review site and they are littered with dozens of similar complaints. Unfortunately the deceptive practices continue and they are not rated more poorly because of the inauthentic positive reviews they clearly submit themselves to balance out the real ones.
