I went there yesterday around 12:15 was one guy working and one lady working . I wanted a full set guy said can you wait I said yeah. I sat there for 40 mins waiting I got mad left went got lunch came back around 1:15 . The ower was there so she did my nails she kept having to stop every 5 to10 mins to get the phone so around 3 I was done my nails took her about 2 hafe hrs to do my nail. than I get to work around 4 clock I look at my nails half the paint is off my nails and 2 of the nails are cracked . so im goin back to get it fixed today hoping its not going to take so long iv been goin to villa nails sence they opened . ...read more

First time - visited at 2:20pm asking for a pedicure. They had me wait just a couple of minutes (glad I brought my own polish - not much there!) Someone came after me also looking for a pedicure. They took us both back at the same time (approx. 2:30pm). They started working on the other woman first! I thought someone would come over and start on me...but, at 2:46pm I asked someone what was going on - they said "five minutes". At 3pm - I said I had to leave to get my son from school at 3:45 - they said "5 minutes". I left - no "sorry" "come back for free" Nothing.
