The salon is very overpriced, the owner "monica" is very rude and unprofessional She acts as if she's doing you a favor, and that you're bothering her. 1st off the air conditioner was broken so it was very warm in the salon. I paid $110.00 for a wash/blow out/trim and flat-iron. I wear my hair in an afro and she told me to comb my own hair out. My thinking was, "what am I paying you for?" So I told her that she would need to wet it first then I could comb it out. Then she says "well never mind I can do it myself". So then they recommend that I get a steam treatment for an extra 25.00. I obliged because getting my hair done like this is a once every other year occurrence. When the stylist Monica started blow drying my hair I had to stop her about 3 times because the heat was scalding hot directly on my scalp. She acted like I was inconveniencing her.
