I am currently filing a small claims action against this Quality Auto Recovery (QAR) for $1,200 damage to my vehicle when they towed the vehicle. If you have had damage done to your vehicle, please text me at 202-297-9401. I want to hear your story though for my own upcoming legal case! Also you can sue them up to $5000 for only $38! It is surprisingly easy! To sue them in small claims court, the cost is only $38. $28 to file and $10 to have them served by certified mail. For the past year I have been dealing with problems regarding my transmission and additional problems caused by AAMCO while they so called replacing my tranny that they won't even acknowledge. Save yourself your money, time, and sanity and avoid AAMCO all together!
