My wife is in treatment with bay consuling. On Monday May 31st she started experiences hallucinations. She called on Tuesday afternoon to speak to her doctor. Wednesday afternoon she had not received a call back so I called. Thursday morning we still had not received a call back, and she was getting worse. I don't know if they ever called, but it doesn't matter now, she's in Sherpherd Pratt. Bay Consuling needs to see a few less patients and take care of the ones they have. It is a shame I can't give less than 1 star. I scheduled an appoint ment 2 months in advance and got a call saying my appointment was at 11:30, which I thought was strange since I scheduled it for 11. I figured I made a mistake, so I went at 11:30 and they told me I missed my appointment, which was at 11. They told me it was my fault, even after I played them the message they left me. They the told me they couldn't reschedule me for another 2 weeks and there was no way to see the physician before then.
