Mani/Pedi Technician Tom did an OK job on my feet but when he noticed TWO people walking in the door, Tom began to rush on my manicure. I complained about horrible polish streaks and he told me it was due to the color I chose and REFUSED to repolish AFTER I paid him my money. (He wanted to get to the 2walk-ins) He also told me if I don't like his service, I don't have to come back. All I wanted was a polish change or polish refund. I will NEVER come back.
