My experience at Shenanigans was the most pleasant I've had recently. I'm just your typical Grandma trying to get my Grandkids the best yet most unique gifts available. I usually frequent the national chains but stepped into Shenanigans on the advice of my daughters. What a pleasant surprise!! I was allowed to browse at my leisureo to peruse the myriad of choices; but the staff were available to answer any and all questions I had. Unlike other reviews I have seen, I appreciate their expertise and input as far as selection and age appropriateness, etc. I willing defer to their experience and knowledge. I've read the previous negative reviews - much to my horror - but have to say my experience was polar opposite. Very engaged, knowledgeable staff - desiring to help. For free, they wrapped the item I purchased, as it was a gift. Lots of interesting toys you won't find at Target or Walmart.\t\n\t\nPerhaps they're trying to make up for what happened to the woman who wrote the negative review below.
