My husband and I needed a new dishwasher and thought to buy from a locally owned company. Applianceland had excellent customer service inside of the showroom. However, the dishwasher they told us "was the best dishwasher on the market for the money" has been an absolute lemon. We've had the control panel in the thing go up on us twice inside of 2 years. I'm writing to praise one of your sales reps for the assistance she provided to me and my financee' on 4/1/08. Our contractor sent us to the Appliance Source to pick out appliances. The contractor, Brian Weese, normally deals with the Easton store, but we work in Annapolis, so we went to the that store rather than make the trip to Easton. Even though the contractor is an Easton account, the sales rep, Lee, was very helpful to us. She went out of her way, at closing, to show us products and explain our options.
