Mayer Furnace and Duct Cleaning LLC

Had my dryer vents cleaned out for the first time ever....The technician, (jim) found $27.00 in the vent and gave it back to me. I was not even around when he was cleaning it out, but I thought that was pretty nice. Anyone could have just taken it. Not to mention, my dryer has never worked better. He also did a free carbon monoxide check as well. I will call again in the spring when I need my duct worked cleaned. A big thanks to your company. Honesty is a number one factor in my book. Will never use the big companies again for air duct cleaning, furnace cleaning or any other kind of service along those lines. If Mayer Furnace & Duct can do it, then I will have these guys out before anyone else. Never before have I had such honesty when someone has come out to clean my air ducts. They always try to sell me other services. The guy who came out to out house showed us what he was cleaning and told us everything else looked good, that no other cleaning needed to be done. That was a first. He did clean out our dryer vent for free as that was a promotion from the flyer that we got in our mailbox. But, everything was fantastic and in this day and age, I'd much rather give my business to a company like that than the bigger ones who charge more and give you less.

I received a flyer from this company last week. I thought that I would give a local business a try after using a larger more expensive furnace and duct cleaning company for many years. I was just amazed at the fantastic job that was done, and the best part of all is that the owner of the company came out and did the job himself! In fact, he is a one man show and that is all I needed to witness that a small time local company, who takes the time to be thorough, and NOT try to soak any more pennies out of me, just cam and did what I asked, gave me a free dryer vent cleaning with the duct cleaning that I wanted and did a fantastic, clean job. I don't write reviews too often, but elderly people tend to get taken advantage of, and this company, and the owner, Jim himself was just a nice change from crabby, no personality, and dishonest companies.
