By on July 29, 2012Hi, Ann ~ Each stylist will perform one Locks of Love on Tue, Wed and Thu of every week. Some weeks we may have a slot open, other weeks we do not. We'll definitely accept a walk-in for Locks of Love if a stylist hasn't scheduled one and there is a service opening. You receive the same care with your cut like a paying guest does. By on January 14, 2012Hi, Lyndi ~ Marie's carries several Clairol Professional brands that are available over-the-counter like Miss Clairol, Radiance, Premium Creme, Beautiful Collection. I am unfamiliar with ColorTech. In our salon, our stylists use the professional color, Schwarzkopf, from Germany. I could suggest for you to call Cosmo Prof, a distributor to salons and licensed cosmetologists. They sell Clairol. They might be able to direct you a bit better. Good luck. ~ Diane
