Imbeciles work here with 0% regard for customer service. My doctor is right across the street from Bernie's and recommended them as they knew how to fill my medication with a rebate discount. My doctor told me Bernie's didn't have the medication that day but I could pick up the next day. The next day I go to pick up the medication, not only hasn't it been filled but it is close of business on a Friday. Bernie's staff says that I had never filled there before so they had no info. on me. I would think when it's a script from right across the street I would call the referring doctor to contact the patient or get the info. from the doctor. I asked to have my script transferred to a reliable pharmacy (Target) but was also unable to do this as the new pharmacy needs to call the old. Now I'm out my medication for the weekend too as Bernie's has limited hours and my doctor's office is closed. ...read more

Went down to pick up my perscription and was harassed by this employee his name was terry. And used explicit language at me and really made me feel less than human and told when i tried to explain that i had forgotten some of my information, cause in my age memory starts to slip. to stop F*#king jerking him around. i actually cried once the transition was over and will never return to be treated so horribly! ...read more
