I've been using them for over ten years and the last two dye jobs have changed that. I will not be going back to them. If the dye is not correct the first time they charge way to much to fix they're own mistake and getting a hold of a manager is laughable. Saying that I should pay another 86% of the original cost is ridiculous. The dye job also took 4 1/2 hours of time, which is unheard of. On the outside it should take 3. I am extremely disappointed at how this has all been handled and would recommend going to anyone but them. The stylist was dismissive of my requests and acted like she knew what she was doing only to have it the wrong color, not enough color, and she didn't color all the way to the roots. Pretty big no no's I would think, but what do I know, I'm only the costumer that has to live with it. ...read more

$15 for a haircut is awesome but the lack of quality is no good. When I trust you with my hair I expect a real good haircut, not just sit, snip and go! I'd rather pay a little more money, but get a wash, a well shaped cut, and some styling. I was real happy to go there before and recommended this salon to all my friends, but unfortunately my hair requires a little more attention.
