Made In Japan

I have had some bad experiences over the years with car repairs but at Made in Japan I feel like I am not getting taken for a ride.Robert informs me about repairs needed explains repairs to me that I can understand.Has my car back to me when promised.I feel safe with Made in Japan.

Twice I've taken our cars in to get fixed & both times we had to take them back in again because the problem was not fixed or because they caused another problem.

Both times the re-fix was free, but it still meant that we were carless for additional days, which was a pain.

Driving home, my car died at 5:29 pm. What to do?? Called Made in America, spoke to the manager, Robert. He sent a tow truck to come pick up my Tahoe, and bring it back to the shop. Half an hour later, Robert shows up to see if I need a ride. I was totally amazed that he showed up, he said he needed to be in the area anyway, and wanted to make sure I got home ok. He called me the next day to let me know my car needed a fuel pump, and also the tech noticed the serpentine belt was cracking severely. It could mean another breakdown in the future if it wasn't fixed. I had the parts replaced, and the car was ready that same day. I have not had any problems since. Great service, prices are unbeatable, and I will recommend this place to my friends. Won't need to hassle looking for a repair shop again!

They will even answer my questions on the phone and assist me and my techs anyway they can. This is one of the few shops in the area I trust my customers cars with. found this shop and will never look around for another, as all the work i have had done has been right the frist time and they go the extra to help me get to work as thay work on my cars. Thank You mia

I had work done by them - I had problems later that turned out to be due their shoddy repair. This was discovered after I took my car to a different and reputable repair shop. Of course, Made in Japan didn't own up to this. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these guys!
