I have been going to the this center since 2010 - my husband used to go here, he fell ill and I went back. As a female I feel that I am getting the best deal possible and I trust Pete, and the mechanics 100% - they do not try and sell you something you do not need. Very nice people!!! I got 4 new tires at this shop and they gave me a really nice deal. After they started installing the tires they found that one of the 4 tires from the warehouse was not of the same size as marked and they didnt have any more tires. They upgraded me to the higher quality tires for the same rate :) After 3000 miles/one month I went for oil change to another shop and got my tires rotated. They told me that one of my lug nuts was cross threaded and cant be put back. I went back to Goodyear at grafton street and described the issue. They informed me that they might not have caused the problem but will replace the lug nut without any argument!!!!! And also I was not supposed to get my wheels rotated after 3000 miles so they rotated them back!!! This was really great customer service from their side.
