I have been living at one of the Capasso's apartment for only 10 months and I find the management to be EXTREMELLY RUDE!!! Every month there's always a problems as to how I write my checks, (your handwritting is terrible, they do not accept checks written in blue ink, they never accept 2 checks as payments and etc...) My daughter left her bike downstairs in their basement and I caught one of the guys who was about to cut off the locks, he told me he was going to through the bike away!!! Last week my daughter was seating on the front entrance of the building waiting for a ride from one of her friend's mother and she was rudely told that she wasn't allowed sitting there!!! Not even just to wait for a ride!!! They come into my apartment without my permission all the time, I know this because my mail is always touched and most of the times they leave me notes asking me why I changed the locks in bedrooms! I have resided in Capaso realty for past 4 years. And I have to say until recently I had a very good experience with them. But made some major changes in their management and after that its been horrible. The current management is very rude, inpolite..etc.. 98% of time she will turn down any request made by you and at time even call you ridiculous for making such request. I have never written any review before. But they aggrevated me to write such a review. 2 stars are for the technician ..they are really good. So my suggestion.. Please stay away. ...read more
