My son is special needs, and instead of taking him to school, the driver claims he forgot and took him to HIS HOUSE instead. Completely incompetent!! Company has zero accountability for their lack of service!! Driver was intoxicated/under the influence/completely inappropriate. Manager/owner was a smug you know what---refused to acknowledge/deal with situation. DANGEROUS!!! ...read more
